Ayubia Folk Mela

The festival was organized by the Tourism Corporation Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa (TCKP), previously NWFP Tourism Corporation,   where the artists displayed their traditional folk music and dances in pavilions of their provinces.

 

The major performing singers at the event included Shazia Khushk, Faakhir, Humera Arshad, Roxen the Band, Akhtar Chanaal, Gulzar Alam, Ahmad Gul, Nadeem Abbas Lonewala, Rukhsana Kashmiri, Safdar Hussain, Mumtaz Ali, Rehmat Bano, Pervez, Amanat Ali, Rabi Pirzada, Afshan Zebi, Khalid Malik, Aamir Zeb, Hamad Beg, Rizwana Khan, Mudassar Zaman, Sami, Karan Khan, Janas Khan and Ismail Junaid, who entertained the audience with their music.

Khanaspur  is one of the tourist mountain resort towns of the Galyat area of Hazara region of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Khanaspur is a settlement in the Ayubia area and is located in Abbottabad District in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province of Pakistan. It also has the Punjab University Hostel. It also had the Bhutto House. During British rule it was occupied by a detachment of British infantry

Galiyat Snow Festival 2021-2022  3 days mega snow event organized by Galiyat Development Authority with eye catching view of Ayubia chair lift, Snow covered mountains of Galiyat, Ayubia, Nathiagali, Changagali, Dungagali, Kharagali, Kozagali and entire Ayubia National Park upto Murree Hill

Ayubia National Park, also known as Ayubia (Urdu: ایوبیہ), is a protected area of 3,312 hectares (33 km2 located in Abbottabad District, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province, Pakistan. It was declared a national park in 1984.Ayubia was named after Muhammad Ayub Khan (1958–1969), second President of Pakistan.
